Basketball Recap: Hartford Takes a Loss

Hartford lost against White Pigeon back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The game between the Hartford Huskies and the White Pigeon Chiefs didn't end well, with the Hartford Huskies falling 46-29. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 664th, while the Chiefs are ranked 254th).

Hartford has also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season. As for White Pigeon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hartford will host Cassopolis at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cassopolis will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Hartford surely won't give up without a fight. As for White Pigeon, they will face off against Bloomingdale at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
