Basketball Recap: Archimedes Comes Up Short

Archimedes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 68-60 to the Leaders In Our Neighborhood Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Leaders In Our Neighborhood this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 79-47 back in December of 2025.

Archimedes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Leaders In Our Neighborhood, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Archimedes will face off against rival Bronx Studio at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Leaders In Our Neighborhood is set to take on their familiar foe Longwood Prep Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
