Tipton-Rosemark Academy lost to Northpoint Christian back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Rebels walked away with a 56-46 win over the Trojans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rebels.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy can attribute much of their success to Kingston Words, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 11 points in addition to eight boards and four steals. Brennan Patel was another key player, putting up eight points along with eight assists and eight rebounds.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy and Northpoint Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Rebels see the court they'll take on Rossville Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Northpoint Christian, their break will end when they face Delta Streets Academy at 5:00 p.m. on December 1.
