Monterey won against Wylie last Tuesday with 77 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Plainsmen snuck past the Canyon Eagles with a 77-71 win. The Plainsmen haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
