Thomas Jefferson had won three straight home games and Hassan Almutkassi did his part to make it four on Monday. Everything went the Thomas Jefferson Spartans' way against the DSST: Cedar Falcons as the Thomas Jefferson Spartans made off with a 3-0 victory which was due in part to Almutkassi, who had eight digs and two aces. Those two aces gave him a new career-high.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20, 25-11.

Thomas Jefferson now has a winning record of 4-3. As for DSST: Cedar, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Thomas Jefferson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Manual on the 18th. DSST: Cedar will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on DSST: Conservatory Green on April 5th.
