Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jaselle Mills and MJ Mauinatu Lead Dixie to Victory

Dixie won the last time they faced Carbon and things went their way on Friday too. The Flyers blew past the Dinos 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Flyers.

Leading Dixie to victory were MJ Mauinatu and Jaselle Mills. Mauinatu had six digs and three aces, while Mills had 14 digs and two assists. That's the most digs Mills has posted since back in August.

Dixie's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Carbon, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Dixie has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Clearfield on the 19th. As for Carbon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Alta on the 20th.
