William Quintana-Rodriguez Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Chisholm Trail was led to victory by William Quintana-Rodriguez, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Quintana-Rodriguez rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries, and also picked up 66 receiving yards and a touchdown. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (101.7). The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 73 yards.

Jashaun Thomas was instrumental in extending Paschal's winning streak to five on Friday. Thomas was dynamite, throwing for 159 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes, while also rushing for 50 yards and a touchdown.

This season, Thomas has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 193.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 30.4 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 51.4 rushing yards.
