Volleyball Recap: Creekview Takes a Loss

Creekview lost against Reedy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Lions. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-16, 25-8.

Alexis Pebley paced Creekview's offense, picking up seven kills. Pebley got some help from Kennedy Allen and her ten assists.

Karina Crowder was a one-woman wrecking crew For Reedy. as she had 11 assists and seven aces. Those seven aces gave Crowder a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Paige Hawkinson, who had 15 assists and five digs.

Creekview's loss dropped their record down to 9-23. As for Reedy, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Creekview has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Lone Star on the 10th. As for Reedy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against The Colony on the 10th.
