Baseball Recap: Choudrant Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Choudrant won the last time they faced Simsboro and things went their way on Wednesday too. Choudrant came out on top against Simsboro by a score of 7-2.

The team relied heavily on Cy Spatafora, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Choudrant pushed their record up to 8-12 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Simsboro, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Choudrant will venture away from home to square off against Quitman at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up.
