Harmony was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 34-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Quitman Bulldogs. One positive for the Eagles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Klayton Meadows went supernova for Quitman, rushing for 101 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 208 yards and two touchdowns while completing 88% of his passes. Meadows also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making a tackle and defending five passes. A healthy portion of that aerial production (82 yards to be exact) went to Bryson Hobbs.

Harmony's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Quitman, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3.

Harmony will challenge Grand Saline at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Grand Saline will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Harmony surely won't give up without a fight. As for Quitman, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Edgewood at 7:00 p.m.
