Volleyball Recap: Palmer Trinity Takes a Loss

Palmer Trinity and Westminster Christian squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Palmer Trinity had to settle for second. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost eight in a row.

Despite the loss, Palmer Trinity still got an impressive performance from Bianca Blanco, who had two aces and one block. Blanco is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last 12 games she's played.

Palmer Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Westminster Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-10.

Palmer Trinity has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against True North Classical Academy on the 21st. As for Westminster Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Chaminade-Madonna on the 21st.
