Soccer Recap: Hillcrest Comes Up Short on the Road Against Paloma Valley + How To Watch

Hillcrest had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Paloma Valley Wildcats by a score of 2-1. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Hillcrest couldn't quite close it out.

Paloma Valley's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Hillcrest will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Bloomington at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Paloma Valley, they will square off against Tahquitz at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
