Basketball Game Preview: Baldwin Bulldogs vs. Louisburg Wildcats

The Baldwin Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Louisburg Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Baldwin has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 186 points over their last three matches.

Last Friday, Baldwin beat Burlington 56-45.

Cooper Carr was nothing short of spectacular: he went 10 for 22 on his way to 30 points and six steals. His evening made it 11 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Collum, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Louisburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 40-32 victory over Wamego on Friday.

Louisburg now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Baldwin, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Baldwin was able to grind out a solid victory over Louisburg in their previous matchup back in March, winning 59-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Baldwin since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
