Volleyball Recap: Lockport Picks Up Seventh Straight Win at Home

Lockport had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Waubonsie Valley Warriors. The Porters have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Lockport who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-15, 23-25, 15-8.

Lockport was led to victory by Ryan Dziadkowiec and Jose Arroyo. Dziadkowiec had 18 assists and four digs, while Arroyo had ten digs. That's the most assists Dziadkowiec has posted over his last 11 matchups.
