It's playoff time, and Geneva had no trouble coming through when it counted. They had just enough and edged the Master's Academy Patriots out 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won three matches in a row.

Camila Cabito and Elisabet Rosario scored both of Geneva's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 34 goals.

Geneva's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Master's Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-4.

Coming up, Geneva will venture away from home to take on Pine at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Pine knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Geneva likes a good challenge. Master's Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
