Football Game Preview: Randleman Tigers vs. Ledford Panthers + How To Watch

The Randleman Tigers will face off against the Ledford Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Randleman's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Ledford has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Randleman is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat High Point Central 42-0. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 149th, while the Bison are ranked 389th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

John Kirkpatrick produced another solid performance throwing for 219 yards and four TDs while completing 75% of his passes. That's the most passing touchdowns he has posted since back in October of 2024. Matthew Bowman was another key player, picking up 49 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 46 points the game before, Ledford was a bit more limited in their matchup last Friday. They took a 24-8 bruising from Montgomery Central.

Randleman will have to contain Cole Davis as he made an impact in Ledford's last game. He picked up 101 receiving yards and one touchdown. Ledford also got a significant boost from Dominique Arthur, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 88 yards.

Ledford's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Randleman, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Randleman skirted past Ledford 14-12 in their previous meeting back in September of 2019. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
