Baseball Recap: Greensburg Salem Takes a Loss

Indiana hit Greensburg Salem with a six-run first inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Golden Lions came up short against the Little Indians, falling 7-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Little Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Greensburg Salem and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for Indiana, the win keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Coincidentally, Greensburg Salem and Indiana will both be playing Derry the next time they take the field. The Little Indians will host the Trojans at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Golden Lions will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
