Hayden has gone a perfect 3-0 against Shawnee Heights recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Thunderbirds at 6:15 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Friday just wasn't the day for Hayden's offense. They came up short against Bishop Miege on Friday, falling 4-0. Hayden have struggled against Bishop Miege recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Shawnee Heights kept a clean sheet against Piper on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Pirates 1-0. Lailah Benz had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Shawnee Heights.

Hayden now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Shawnee Heights, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3-1.

Hayden came out on top in a nail-biter against Shawnee Heights when the teams last played back in April of 2019, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Thunderbirds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
