Basketball Recap: Ozark Mountain Piles Up the Points Against Lead Hill

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ozark Mountain). They took their matchup on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 78-34 victory over the Lead Hill Tigers. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won three in a row.

Despite the loss, Lead Hill still got an impressive performance from Tesli Johnson, who went 10 of 23 en route to 21 points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Averi Smith, who posted eight points and seven rebounds.

The victory got Ozark Mountain back to even at 2-2. As for Lead Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-25 record this season.

Ozark Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lead Hill, they will head out to face off against Cotter at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
