Volleyball Recap: Warren County Takes a Loss

After flying high against Fauquier on Tuesday, Warren County came back down to earth. The Wildcats came up short against the Sherando Warriors on Thursday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Warren County has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Sherando, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 12-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Warren County is set to challenge their familiar foe Manassas Park at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Sherando will face off against rival Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
