A wild, desperate, over-the-head toss to the basket by senior Zac Varner turned into a game-winning layup by sophomore Mickey Martin as Nashville Christian stunned Moore County, 54-53.

The sensational finish is in contrast to a the recent girls hoops game in Tennessee in which both teams attempted to lose.

The victory allowed Nashville Christian to advance to the regional tournament.
