Lexington had already won nine in a row and they went ahead and made it ten on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Round Top-Carmine Cubs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.
Lexington had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-14, 26-24, 25-17.
