Basketball Recap: Mater Dei Catholic's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mater Dei Catholic). They blew past the University City Centurions 64-42 on Friday. The game was close at halftime, but the Crusaders turned on the heat in the second half with 39 points.

Despite the loss, University City still got an impressive performance from Mathias Baluyot, who posted nine points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Roman Murallo, who put up eight points.
