Everything went their way against Lincoln Lutheran on Monday as they made off with an 18-6 victory. With that win, Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy brought their scoring average up to 6.9 runs per game.

Jon Primmer made a splash while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Primmer was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with five RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy is undefeated when Primmer posts two or more runs, but 3-5 otherwise.
In other batting news, Rocco Vigneri was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three doubles, four RBI, and two runs. Those three doubles gave him a new career-high. Andrew Moulton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs.
Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 18 hits. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 5.2 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 games they've averaged 9.6.
Meanwhile, Douglas County West entered their tilt with Fort Calhoun on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Pioneers get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Falcon considering their one-run performance the contest before.
The team relied heavily on Kelan Bohlen, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jack Landauer, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Douglas County West's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-8. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Douglas County West when the teams last played back in May of 2023, sneaking past 5-4.
