Volleyball Recap: Manatee Comes Up Short

Manatee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rockledge Raiders.

Manatee's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Rockledge, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.

Manatee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Space Coast on the 4th. As for Rockledge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Moore Haven on the 4th.
