Simpson Academy added to the longest winning streak in MAIS AA District 4 this week by beating Hartfield Academy, 41-10. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.

Hartfield Academy's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hawks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Taylor Steed has thrown for 818 yards and 9 touchdowns this season, while Zach Claycomb has 17 catches for 312 yards.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Simpson Academy takes on second place Central Hinds Academy.

Wayne Academy made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 13,477 from 13,629. The improvement was the result of a 41-8 victory over the Jaguars last week.
