Soccer Game Preview: Collins vs. Woodford County

Woodford County will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Collins extended their winning streak to six on Tuesday. The Titans put the hurt on Spencer County with a sharp 5-1 victory.

Collins hit the Bears with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Hannah Hogg (2), Presley Smith (2), and Maddie Gilbert.

Meanwhile, Woodford County kept a clean sheet against Anderson County on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over the Bearcats. The win continues a trend for Woodford County in their matchups with Anderson County: they've now won eight in a row.

Collins' victory bumped their record up to 14-3-1. As for Woodford County, their win bumped their record up to 11-5-2.

Collins came out on top in a nail-biter against Woodford County in their previous meeting back in September, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
