Basketball Recap: Mount Desert Island Takes Down Ranked Ellsworth

On Thursday, Mount Desert Island faced Ellsworth in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Mount Desert Island Trojans secured a 43-37 W over the Ellsworth Eagles. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 60-48 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.
