The West Wilkes Blackhawks are taking a road trip to square off against the East Surry Cardinals at 7:45 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

West Wilkes is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Wilkes Central 84-64 on Friday.

Meanwhile, East Surry took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging an 89-42 win over Forbush. That 47 point margin sets a new team best for the Cardinals this season.

West Wilkes is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-14 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points over those games. As for East Surry, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.
