Flag Football Game Preview: Bryant Hurricanes vs. Murphy Panthers

The Bryant Hurricanes will square off against the Murphy Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Bryant 6.2, Murphy 10.9) so any points scored will be well earned.

Bryant is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alabama's top teams: Daphne, who was ranked fourth at the time (Bryant was ranked ninth). The Hurricanes took a 28-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans on Tuesday. The loss was the Hurricanes' first of the season.

Although Bryant took the loss, they still got scores from Reighan Bosarge, Madi-Mari Grayson, and Mari-Margret Grayson.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four matchups, Murphy finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They fell 21-13 to Theodore. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bryant fell to 10-1. As for Murphy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.
