Basketball Recap: David Douglas Takes a Loss

David Douglas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Central Catholic Rams, falling 59-29. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-29 back in January.

David Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Central Catholic, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. David Douglas will venture away from home to square off against Reynolds at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Catholic, they will head out on the road to challenge Nelson at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
