Basketball Recap: Silver Takes a Loss

If Silver was riding high fresh off their 69-40 takedown of Socorro last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Silver Fighting Colts came up short against the Pima Roughriders on Saturday, falling 59-33. The Fighting Colts were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-13.

Silver has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-6 record this season. As for Pima, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 25-3.

Silver will square off against Santa Teresa at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pima, they will take on San Tan Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
