Baseball Game Preview: Gresham Gophers vs. Parkrose Broncos

The Gresham Gophers are taking a road trip to challenge the Parkrose Broncos at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Gresham has given up an average of 12.6 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Gresham's offense. They lost 15-0 to Churchill on Saturday. The Gophers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Parkrose also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Reynolds on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The loss continues a trend for the Broncos in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost four in a row.

Parkrose's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Gresham, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Gresham couldn't quite finish off Parkrose in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 and fell 8-6. Can the Gophers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
