 Lancaster put another one in the bag  on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the River Valley Blackhawks as the Lancaster Flying Arrows made off with  a  10-3 win. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  victory Lancaster has managed all season.
  Maddy Hill was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  pitched seven innings while giving up  three earned runs off   five  hits. Hill has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings every time she's  pitched this season. Hill was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Lily Weber and  Addison Morgan did most of the damage at the plate:  Weber  scored three  runs while going 2-for-3, while  Morgan  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with a  triple and two  RBI.  Aleah Jackering was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while going 1-for-3.
 Lancaster's win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 4-0. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.5 runs per game. As for River Valley, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
 Lancaster didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  12-0  victory vs. Richland Center on the 9th. River Valley has also already played their next game,  a  3-2  win against Dodgeville on the 9th.
