Basketball Recap: Mount Royal Academy Comes Up Short

Mount Royal Academy lost against Mascenic Regional back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mount Royal Academy Knights were outmatched by the Mascenic Regional Vikings and fell 63-36.

Mount Royal Academy's loss was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Mascenic Regional, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount Royal Academy will welcome Concord Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mascenic Regional, they will be playing at home against Nute at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
