Softball Recap: Amity Comes Up Short

Amity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 9-1 to the Elmira Falcons.

Amity's loss dropped their record down to 11-11-1. As for Elmira, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Amity nor Elmira have any future games scheduled.
