Volleyball Game Preview: Middletown Middies vs. Princeton Vikings

The Middletown Middies are taking a road trip to challenge the Princeton Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Middletown came up short against Lakota East on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Middies haven't had much luck with the Thunderhawks recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Princeton lost 3-0 to Mason on Thursday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Princeton was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-13, 25-19.

Middletown's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Princeton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
