Tyler Legacy had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Gilmer Buckeyes 3-0 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Buckeyes: they've now won four in a row.

Tyler Legacy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-20.

Gilmer's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Tyler Legacy has already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Whitehouse on the 12th. As for Gilmer, they will face off against All Saints Episcopal at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
