Calvary Day School won the last time they faced Cary Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Calvary Day School Cougars breezed past the Cary Christian Knights to the tune of 75-39. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 24 points or more this season.

Calvary Day School's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Owen Calvert, who posted 32 points and eight boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which Calvert has scored at least a third of Calvary Day School's points. Dane Cassada was another key player, putting up 19 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.

Despite the loss, Cary Christian still got an impressive performance from Andrew Neal, who put up 15 points and three steals. The contest was Neal's 16th in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Birley Weng, who scored four points and five boards.

Calvary Day School has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season. As for Cary Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-10.

Calvary Day School has already played their next matchup, a 73-60 defeat against GRACE Christian on the 13th. Cary Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
