Jesuit had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Oregon City on Friday. The Crusaders blew past the Pioneers 8-1. The win was nothing new for the Crusaders as they're now sitting on four straight.

Jesuit's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Oregon City, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jesuit will challenge Central Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oregon City, they will take on West Linn at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lions' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Pioneers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
