Hartville strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 9-5 win over Fordland. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hartville also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Hartville's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Fordland, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hartville will head out to challenge Mansfield at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.78 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Fordland, they are taking a road trip to take on Plato at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
