Volleyball Recap: Chariho Chargers vs. East Greenwich Avengers
Chariho had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the East Greenwich Avengers by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Chariho had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-23.
