Basketball Recap: Vian Takes a Loss

Vian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Keys Cougars 71-15. The matchup marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Vian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Keys, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-2.

Vian will challenge Cave Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cave Springs' defense has only allowed 25.9 points per game this season, so Vian's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Keys, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Keys Cougars face off against the Howe Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
