Softball Recap: Bothell Cougars vs. Woodinville Falcons

Bothell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell just short of the Woodinville Falcons by a score of 7-6. That's two games in a row now that Bothell has lost by just one run.

Eleanor Craker was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, a stolen base, and a double. Berlin Roberts was another key contributor, going 2-for-2 with a triple, a run, and an RBI.

On Woodinville's side, Josslyn Range looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.

At the plate, Woodinville let Annika Bahl and Lucy Ford loose on the outfield. Bahl scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Ford went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and two RBI. Ford has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played.
