Baseball Recap: Natalia Takes a Loss

Natalia had lost nine straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 4-18 to make it ten. They lost 11-0 to the Lytle Pirates. The defeat was just more heartbreak for the Mustangs who fell 6-4 when the teams previously met back in April of 2024.

As for Lytle, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-11. Considering they have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

For Lytle's part, Travis Norton was excellent, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Weston Jackson was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Natalia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lytle, they will venture away from home to take on Clemens at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
