Football Recap: Pine Bush Comes Up Short

Pine Bush fell victim to Monroe-Woodbury and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 13-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crusaders. The Bushmen have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Pine Bush's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Monroe-Woodbury, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Pine Bush does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monroe-Woodbury, they will challenge Middletown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Middie Bears will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something the Crusaders surely won't give up without a fight.
