Basketball Recap: Pembroke Comes Up Short

Pembroke suffered their biggest loss since March 4, 2024 on Monday. They lost 79-57 to the Marshfield Rams. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while the Rams are ranked tenth).

Pembroke has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Marshfield, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

While Pembroke had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
