Volleyball Recap: Northside Takes a Loss

Northside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Houston County Bears. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Bears when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-13.

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Houston County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 21-13 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Northside is set to take on their familiar foe Veterans at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Houston County will face off against rival Lee County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
