Basketball Recap: Phoenix Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Phoenix had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. The matchup between the Spartans and the Holden Rockets didn't end well, with the Spartans falling 55-41. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Phoenix will head out to face off against Jehovah-Jireh at 5:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Holden, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against False River at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
