Softball Recap: Munday Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Munday, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Northside Indians 7-6. The victory was some much needed relief for the Moguls as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Munday's record now sits at 3-7. As for Northside, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Munday will square off against Harrold at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Moguls' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hornets have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season. As for Northside, they will head out to face off against Knox City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Greyhounds have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matchups.
